Welcome to the Population Association of America (PAA) 2012 Annual Meeting Program Website.

The 2012 Annual Meeting

Over 2,100 participants attended the 2012 Annual Meeting in San Francisco.

Use the toolbar at the top to access the scientific program using one of these entry points:

  • The Program Summary, a list of sessions organized by day and time, with links to the session pages.

  • The list of Sessions By Topic, which has links to the session pages.

  • A Program Participant Index, listing all participants in alphabetical order, with links to the sessions where they participated.

Each of these entry points into the program takes you to a session page, which lists the session chair and discussant, if any, and the authors and titles of the papers or posters presented, with links to the online abstracts and extended abstracts (or completed papers) where available.
